Thomas passed away Monday after a long battle with ALS. He played for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before being drafted in 1995.
Head coach Mark Hudspeth also tweeted out a picture of Thomas back in his college days in Louisiana.
Thomas was just 42 years old at the time of his death.
