UFC have collaborated with Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, a non-profit organization based out of Nevada that provides facilities for childhood cancer treatment and pediatric catastrophic diseases, to achieve the feat. The promotion amassed a total of $24,690 in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, which falls in September of every year. The funds were collected via a 50/50 raffle, a fundraising system in which the proceedings are evenly split between the winner and the organization selling the raffle tickets....

Rachael Ostovich was a popular fighter in the UFC women’s flyweight division Rachael Ostovich competed in The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) Season 26. The Ukrainian attack on Tuesday appears to have destroyed a number of Russian helicopters, with images obtained by Planet Labs PBC showing a cloud of thick, black smoke rising from burning helicopters. The first image shown above—the one in color—was taken at 1:35 p.m. local time on March 15, 2022. The satellite images appear to show at least three helicopters on fire, as well as several vehicles. At a pad further away, other helicopters appeared to have been damaged by an earlier strike....

Daria Herasymchuk added that Russian troops have killed 456 children and injured nearly 900 others since the war of aggression began almost one year ago. “We managed to identify and verify the data of at least 13,899 children who were abducted and deported by the Russian army, and, unfortunately, we can say that only 125 (of them) we managed to return home,” Herasymchuk said. Herasymchuk said 897 children have been injured by Russian forces....

Vladimir Novikov told Tass that hospitals in the neighboring oblasts of Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk “are really packed with the wounded, mostly from Soledar.” The Russian state news agency reported how he had said the Ukrainian army had suffered “huge losses” in the town located nine miles north of Bakhmut. He said Kyiv had sent its “most capable forces there,” such as the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade. The agency also reported Novikov had said it was hard to determine the exact losses because Ukraine had “sought to withhold information on killed troops....

According to the Chernihiv Police Department, the victim of the attack died from his injury before the paramedics arrived on the scene, according to the Ukrainian Independent Information Agency. The employee had been working at the Minsk Zoo since 2009, and he was 47 years old. Additionally, an investigation has been launched at the zoo regarding “gross violation of labor safety rules,” according to the UIIA. The investigation has begun proceedings under Part 2 of Article 272 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which states that a “violation of safety rules when performing high-risk work at work or in any enterprise by a person who is obliged to comply with them, if it resulted in death,” according to Ukraine’s National Police website....

Modders have been doing plenty of custom character mods after breaking through the game’s built-in limitations. The most ambitious of these mods is the Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 palette swap mod.
